What You Need in Your Travel First Aid Kit

Here is a list of basic first aid kit contents for international travel. I recommend bringing Western medications with you, since you might not be able to find them easily on the road. You can then incorporate any local, natural cures you find along the way (When I came down with a terrible rash in Cambodia, lemons were the only thing that relieved the itching!).

I have always been skeptical of group tours; however, at the 11th hour I decided to join Intrepid Travel‘s Cambodia Adventure tour, which led me for from Bangkok to Ho Chi Minh City, making five stops in Cambodia along the way.
